Coordinated innovation program of 83 projects, spearheaded idea generation for specific customer segments in Netherlands and Italy.
Managed 37 projects (both incremental & strategic) through the entire innovation lifecycle from idea evaluation and business feasibility to development and successful launch with an annual budget of up to 5 million Euros.
Coordinated cross-functional technical teams for both Incremental and Strategic R&D, managed budgets, and delivered results on time and within scope.
