As the new product development manager I was part of the IPM (Innovation Program Management) team where we:
- Managed - Innovation Programs, projects, funds, infrastructure, innovation pipeline, and knowledge.
- Facilitated - Innovation planning, Governance, Analysis, process, execution,
- Stimulated - Creativity, future foresight, improvements, learning culture, change.
Nurtured Innovation programs and projects leading to the development of product portfolios, solutions, & IP, based on the current and future needs of the value chain globally, across the Maire Tecnimont group companies in Italy and the Netherlands.
Leveraged the strength of partners, suppliers, and customers. Conceptualized and developed Pre-Commercial Procurement (open innovation) projects to develop & protect patentable innovative applications.

Coordinated innovation program of 83 projects, spearheaded idea generation for specific customer segments in Netherlands and Italy.
Managed 37 projects (both incremental & strategic) through the entire innovation lifecycle from idea evaluation and business feasibility to development and successful launch with an annual budget of up to 5 million Euros.
Coordinated cross-functional technical teams for both Incremental and Strategic R&D, managed budgets, and delivered results on time and within scope.
Facilitated project prioritization exercises to achieve a balance of Technology push and Market pull.
Stakeholder Communication

Engaged in Omnichannel stakeholder communication achieving SMART goals by defining a Stakeholder communication plan (SCP) for stakeholders from different levels and cultures.
Contributed to European Union HORIZON projects.
Executed funding subsidy programs, such as WBSO, effectively reducing the project costs & Innovation Box leading to a reduction in Tax on EBIDTA.
Open Innovation and Knowledge Management
Open Innovation and Knowledge Management
Organized innovation events like monthly innovation meetings, symposiums, events, and conferences to foster collaboration.
Initiated Open Innovation initiatives like licensing-in projects and acquisition of patents. Market Development projects were also started to spin in technologies from other industries.
I work with Manish in Innovation Program Management Department. Manish is an outgoing person who can synchronize internal innovators. His leadership within community of innovators results in Holistic integration of technology, design, marketing, combined with strategic thinking. This is for Stamicarbon the best way to develop product and service innovations in a sustainable way. He optimized process of Idea expansion towards complete project proposal and implementation. He created high value business models and business cases even for fuzzy ideas.
I have been working closely with Manish over the past few years and came to know him as a very enthusiastic, hard-working and eager person. His approach is refreshing and insipirational, and he is always scouting for the latest trends and developments, which makes him ideally suited to work in any innovative environments or organization that wants to become more innovative.
Manish has a broad view and he is a creative thinker. I worked with him on a project for Stamicarbon. Manish was the project manager and he was capable of leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of people who were older and more experienced than himself. I recommend him as a project manager, especially for development projects.
Manish is a fast and critical thinker. He gets of the beaten track and explores new arenas with opportunities for innovation. Further, he is both a valuable contributor as well as someone who takes the lead.
