During the years I have been working with Manish, I found him always willing to cooperate, and can honestly say that we have always had great brainstorming sessions, which resulted in solutions to any problem we encountered as a team. He is a team player, Driven to default to investigate and get to the bottom of an issue or find the best solution. Manish is a enthousiast who manages to give others motivation without forcing it. In the 5 years i've work with him, he was able to impress me more than once with his knowledge about general affairs but also details. Working at Stamicarbon is working on innovation. And working with innovation is working with Manish.He is busy with innovation the moment he wakes up till he goes to bed. Sometimes I have the idea he never sleeps because of too much energy. With his positivity, eagerness and curiosity, he always get to the point in innovation projects. We worked on several occasions in teams and it is always a pleasure working with him.
