Continuously Improving

By applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, particularly the DMAIC approach, I have implemented several enhancements to the procurement process:

• Digitization of Needs Assessment: 

Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint, I have transformed the needs and requirements assessment phase into a digital process. This shift has effectively reduced waste associated with movement, processing, and waiting times, leading to a more streamlined workflow.  This efficiency improvement leading to internal process improvement leading to improvement in KPIs of the team (increase in savings by 45 %),  and increase in efficiency in the procurement process (speed increase by 37 %). 

• Implementation of E-Procurement Tools: 

Integrating platforms like SuppliHi has optimized supplier identification and minimized financial risks. This e-procurement solution enhances the efficiency and accuracy of sourcing activities.

• Adoption of E-Communication Platforms: 

Deploying SAP Ariba has ensured transparency throughout the procurement cycle. This tool facilitates clear and open communication with suppliers, fostering trust and compliance.

These strategic improvements have collectively enhanced the procurement process, aligning it with best practices and technological advancements.
